本日紹介するウィスキーは、吉田電材蒸留所のシングルグレーン スターデルタ 2y
新樽の個性を“結んで”整えた、設計された飲み心地。
香り、味、余韻の魅力を、一本の骨格に結びなおす。
スターデルタは、変圧器の結線技術に着想を得て名づけました。要素をただ足すのではなく、ブレンドの技術で滑らかなまとまりと立体感のある余韻を両立しています。
