フランス語で「憂いを払う」の意味のシャトー・シャス・スプリーン。1821年、このシャトーに滞在した英国の詩人バイロンが命名したと言われています。格付けシャトー並みのクオリティと知れ渡って久しいにもかかわらず、未だに10年以上熟成したボトルも控えめ価格で味わえる稀有な存在です。
