ブラックチェリーと熟したプラムのアロマにバニラとベーキングスパイスが重なり、一口ごとに濃縮された黒系果実の風味が広がり、みずみずしくふくよかな口当たりと長い余韻で締めくくられる。ナパ・ヴァレーで収穫された葡萄を使用し、新旧のフレンチオーク樽とアメリカンオーク樽を組み合わせた樽で15ヵ月間樽熟成させることで、風味を存分に引き出し、カリフォルニアワインの中でも絶妙な味わいを生み出している。
Vanilla and baking spices are superimbosed with the aroma of black cherries and ripe plums, and the flavor of concentrated black fruit spreads in each bite, ending with a fresh and plump mouthfeel and a long aftertaste. Using grapes harvested in Napa Valley and aging them for 15 months in barrels combining old and new French oak barrels and American oak barrels, the flavor is brought out to the fullest and creates an exquisite taste among
