A special tasting event by Suzuki Ken, head chef at FRENCH TEPPAN Seikoan Bettei Kanyoso.The meat used in this tasting event is "Tajimaguro," the highest quality of Japanese Black beef.This will be the first time that Tajimagen is used in Niigata Prefecture.

"Tajimagen" is a premium beef that can only be tasted at some of the best restaurants in the country.

The cattle are raised in the great outdoors by Ueda Livestock in Kami Town, Hyogo Prefecture.Because of its healthy, high-quality fat and the deep flavor of its red meat, which is said to be almost like tuna, it has been named "Tajimaguro" (Tajima Maguro) as it is considered to be a cut above other Tajima beef.Ueda Livestock handles all aspects of production, from breeding, fattening, and sales.This is high-quality beef that Tajima is proud of, with every detail carefully considered.

This time, Suzuki of FRENCH TEPPAN Seikoan Bettei Kanyoso will prepare a special dinner course using carefully selected ingredients including female cows that are fattened for a longer period of time than usual and are considered to be the "special Tajima Gen" among Tajima Gen.

Because Suzuki wants to personally interact with each customer and provide careful cooking and service, we will limit the number of guests to a maximum of 10 per day.It will be held three times a day.
